Only 2 stars!!I had previously ordered through Amazon Legend Creeks rosemary & lavender face & body lotion which is amazing! The scent is wonderful and the lotion makes my face & skin soft not tacky. Since I liked it so much I decided to try some of their other products.I decided to try the body wash. Then decided to order & also try the shampoo. When the body wash arrived it had packing tape as a security seal under the lid. I thought that strange, maybe tampered with. I contacted Amazon & I returned & they sent a replacement. Still tape as seal. I decided to wait till the shampoo came before contacting Amazon to see if that also had the “security tape”. When it came it did have the tape also. I decided to contact the company directly to see if they were aware of this problem. I also had sent an email a day or two later. I have yet heard anything from them. That was over 2 1/2 weeks ago. I recently sent another email and hopefully they’ll respond to that one.The body & face lotion has the right seal under the cap is amazing that I would give 5 stars.Since I haven’t tried the other 2 I can’t really say at this time.The 2 stars is directed to the company itself not responding to a customer’s phone message or email.If at some point they finally respond I will updated this review.UPDATE: 6/15/22. I received an email an email from Legends Creek Farm support team. They said“We are working towards upgrading the shampoo & conditioner bottles like their lotion bottles but currently there is tape to protect against leaking.”So I have removed the tape on the herbal shampoo bottle (balsam,citrus&cedar” ) & I have to say it smells amazing! I also have removed the tape on the herbal hand & body wash (awakening) & that smells nice too. I can’t wait to try them!!I upgrade to 5 stars.A nice liquid soap, washed away clean. But it made the eczema itch more. So much for hypoallergenic!It has good lather and smells clean! With it having goat milk I thought it would help my eczema but unfortunately for me it seems like it’s too drying for my skin and not really helping my eczema like I was hopingI like this soap because it doesn't have an over powering scent to it. It is gentle on my skin and gets me clean but doesn't strip my skin so that it is dry or leave an oily build up.I have the Awakening hand soap and it is definitely a nice soap. It is thick and lathers nicely. It leaves hands feeling moisturized after use. The bottle is cute and overall it's a nice soap. My only complaint is that the smell of citronella is really overpowering. If you like a bold, earthy smell, you will definitely like this soap. I'm a little on the sensitive side to smells and it's a little much for me. I keep this soap in my guest bathroom and it works perfectly for that.This is a nice creamy, mild herbal hand soap. It's described as "unscented" but does actually have a fairly noticeable smell, primarily like coconut and mildly minty herbs. The lather is mild and it leaves skin feeling fairly moist and not too de-greased. A nice enough soap as long as you like the scent.This hand wash leaves my hands soft, clean and not dried out. Seeing as I wash my hands several times an hour, keeping them from being cracked and dry is important, and this does that.The scent is very herbal, a little on the heavy side, (awakening), but ultimately does smell good, though the spices might not be my preferred scent. I will be purchasing this hand wash again, but in a more floral scent.I receive the Legend’s Creek Farm, Liquid Goat Milk Hand Soap, and Body Wash, that Gently Cleansing with Nourishing Herbs, Calendula, Chamomile, and Aloe, Unscented. Believe me, this is real goat milk soap made with 100% natural organic ingredients and herbs. It is thick and creamy. Leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated. It calms irritated skin and is made for sensitive skin. I use it as a hand wash. I love it so much… I have two bathrooms and no matter what when I wash my hands, I want to go to the bathroom that Legend’s Creek is in. I have to get a second bottle for the guest bathroom. It smells so good. Non-Drying. Now for the shower. All I can say is Wow! Refreshing! This is unscented however it has a nice smell that I can not describe. Love It!. Believe me, I am not over exaggerating. When I finished my shower I felt so relaxed. A great way to end the night or day.
