These are soft and thick while still being incredibly absorbent. I hate thick washcloths that are so dense they don't feel like they get you clean. These don't have that problem. Other than the tags that were so huge I had to cut them off, these are terrific washcloths.These towels are as advertised. I have washed and dried them 4 times now. I have had no discoloration. I do not add fabric softener in the washer as I feel towels lose their absorbency this way. The color is a nice sage. A muted sage. Not to vibrant and that is what I was looking for. Something to compliment my other towels and shower curtain.
