This is the only product that does not irritate my skin. I have not used it as a shampoo yet but otherwise works well.The product itself is great, but the packaging has issues. Three times I have received this product and the top of the pump has been broken! I have had to use my old pump! Unacceptable to send to customers that way!I keep it simple, it works, it smells good, and this version opposed to the other Kirk's ones seems to leave your skin smoother, almost like a very slight abrasion, but it feels good. This one does burn the eyes a little more than the others.LOVE this product for both body wash and shampoo. Problem with delivery, pump was depressed and locked in place, but the bottle leaked during delivery. Plan to purchase through a non-amazon vendor in the future.I buy this stuff for my husband all the time because he has no patience to use a men's body wash and a men's shampoo so 2 in 1 or 3 in 1 is best for him. He has MRSA and gets these really painful, large abscess' sometimes so I'm careful with the soap I buy for him. I tend to go for more sensitive skin types of soaps. I wish they made more scents or maybe they do and they're just not on Amazon. He's currently using the juniper and lime scented one and the scent lasts for awhile on him after a shower but that scent is a little too manly for me. That's just my opinion, but it's nice on him though. I'm more of a fruity, kinda floral scented things kind of lady. Think of, like, bath and body works. My favorite scent from them is black raspberry vanilla, but I also love the toasted champagne, beautiful day, sweet pea, wild cherry blossom, cucumber melon. I could go on, but this review isn't about bath and body works. I just wish they had more options of scents. LolMy wife loves this stuff. Very moisturizing and smells greatProduct nice and feel this larger size is way more economical, especially since I fill existing containers. Love Kirk's, but let's get real - their bars of soap are thin and the other liquid soap containers are small = more land fill for our world and replacement time for consumer. Totally recommend this liquid soap size, but would also like to talk about Amazon's not so 'premier' shipping (I called them about this)...First off - many reviews talked about leakage on delivery. I had leakage in both of my deliveries from two different sellers - had ordered two different scents. One seller placed containers into a plastic bag and the other had a patented taped on top (I think patented because it has a name on then tape). BOTH and ALL containers leaked in shipping - Not sellers OR shippers fault!!I contacted Amazon because this was NOT the fault of the sellers and I wanted to 'take a stand' for their businesses. This leakage is purely a WAREHOUSE / PACKING problem - the Amazon fulfillment center places the containers into a box too large, w just a little blown, plastic bubble padding (the kind that you pierce and deflate). It was so obvious that:1. the shipping boxes were too large.2. the product was not wrapped properly for shipping - no individual wrapping or SECURE padding3. the product was thrashed around in the NORMAL shipping experience.The leakage did not require new product to be sent out, but questions, for me, Amazons expertise in readying products for proper shipping - this can be quite an expense for sellers -My husband is a redhead. He has fair skin and it gets dried out with regular soaps. I've been trying to find a product for him for over 20 yrs. I've tried super fatted soaps like "BASIS" and glycerin soaps like "PEAR" and "NEUTRAGENA" but nothing really helped. I bought this for our Grandbaby. As an RN, I worked in PostPartum and the "Step down" Unit for preterm newborns and we always used "Castile soaps" on our babies. So when we had our Grandbaby I wanted to use a "Castile" Soap rather than the marketed baby soaps that still have chemicals in them.I found this online and bought it for the baby.My husband saw it in the linen closest and thought is was for him, so he tried it and it's the BEST product for his skin that he has ever used. It doesn't have chemicals, it doesn't dry his skin out and it even leaves like a moisturizing texture to his skin. Hard to describe, so I don't think I described it well, but it feels like he used a moisturizer on his skin after his shower. It's really great stuff. We use it for the baby and ourselves.He even uses it as a shampoo.I even got my grown kids using it. So I used to buy the scented shower gels but they are so full of chemicals as well as being expensive. This is a better buy price wise and quality wise.Scented shower gels and liquid soaps always left behind a scent which is good unless you are like me and use perfume. Then I have the shower gel smell and perfume smell and they aren't always compatible but can leave me with a "different" smell than expected.This soap doesn't leave an overwhelming smell that will compete with your perfume.I love everything about it, and suggest you give it a try.
