People who have complained about this dispenser simply aren't using their finger to catch the end of the hand soap. I never have a sloppy mess on the sink. It's an operator problem not the bottle. I'm happy with it.I bought a pair of these, one for hand soap in the bathroom, the other for dish soap in the kitchen... I thought I knew exactly what I wanted, and unfortunately I was wrong, but I wasn’t too far off… The dispenser itself is fine. Problems are elsewhere.The hand-soap formulation is all off. Even worse than Mrs Meyers. Just like Mrs Meyers it does the hot mozzarella cheese string action that gets soap strands all over the dispenser and sink. But even worse than Mrs Meyers, it leaves a silicone feeling lubrication “moisturizing effect” behind that I hate. So basically I am spending time unnecessarily rinsing the soap trails off the dispenser and the slime feeling off my hand. I will not be rebuying their hand-soap. If only EVERYONE brand used eco-friendly refill tubes.The dispenser works much better for their dish-soap because their dish-soap is a far superior product.I bought mine to replace a couple of other dispensers that weren’t very good from the get go. I appreciate that these show when you’re get low on soap.I was enthusiastic about the blue color I thought I was getting, but this looks almost purple in most light. Otherwise, I like it very much.This looks nice in the kitchen but it’s gets soap on itself and just seems to always be wet and sticky.After searching for and finding a foam soap dispenser, a new color chart popped up and I changed the color. Evidently this comes in foam or regular and I got the regular instead of foam by changing color selection. My fault, I will be more careful!I liked the shape and style and appearance. However, the pumps are of lesser quality. Drips and dribbles after each use, even after wiping with the sponge. For the price, I would have hoped for a better pump.Kinda a bummer. The pump drips.
