Immediately reliefs the sinus discomfort. I really love it!!I used this product everyday for a month. Somedays its "may"" have worked. Others, not at all. The spray is really nasty and horrible going into the nose. Its like a smelly alka seltzer going up your nose. Perhaps some people get some benefits for this $21 bottle. Sorry, this product was not for me.Worked wonders . Just need to get passed the sting.This is a safe sinus wash for colds, flu and allergies. Wouldn't be without it in my purse and in my medicine cabinet. Everywhere I go, it goes with me. No need for me to take antihistamines or cold and sinus remedies.This nasal spray is amazing. It is strong but stick with it. It work wonders!I bought this out of desperation because I was trying to get off of the OTC nasal spray that causes a rebound effect (essentially you have to keep using it or symptoms get way worse). It's effective! I haven't used the other stuff in a while. However, be warned. It feels like your sniffing wasabi up your nose. My allergies are so bad that I deal, but this stuff is not for anyone that doesn't have an impressive pain tolerance.
